From the first plantations to the extra quality

The authentic story of the Jurišević family begins in 2009 in Bužinija not far from the Istrian town of Novigrad. By planting 1800 olive trees, carefully monitoring, and creating your own production process, you create a top product – extra virgin olive oil in personalized editions.

We closely follow every step to the final product, from the cultivation of olive trees to collecting, pressing, and mixing until bottling. Indulge your senses and choose Jurišević oils for every occasion and everyone’s “taste”.

MIXTURE OF HIGH-QUALITY VARIETIES WITH BALANCED PIQUANCY

A blend of Leccino, Frantoio, Maurino and Pendolino oil of excellent quality obtained by cold pressing on the same day after harvesting. A pronounced green colored oil of medium bitterness and piquancy.
An excellent addition to salads, grilled vegetables, young cheeses and white fish.

ROBUST OLIVE OIL WITH FRUIT FRAGRANCE AND EXPRESSED PIQUANCY

Top-quality light green colored oil with a fruity aroma and pronounced taste of green olives, almonds and aromatic herbs. It has medium bitterness and pronounced piquancy.
An excellent addition to dishes such as game, mature cheeses and red meat like steak or rump steak.

FRESH AND AROMATIC OLIVE OIL WITH WELL-ROUNDED BITTER

Fresh and aromatic oil of excellent quality with a recognizable green color typical of this variety.
The aroma and taste include olive fruit, green apple and aromatic herbs. The oil is rich in bitterness and piquancy.
Emphasizes the refinement of the taste of shrimp scampi, fish carpaccio or prawns.
